It’s time to spotlight what makes Alliance Title’s Reana Garcia stand out! Reana is an Escrow Officer in our Meridian, ID branch, working on residential and commercial files. She’s been with us for 13 years and has 25 years of real estate experience.
When asked about her favorite part of the job, Reana talks about how she loves working with all her customers. She mentions the joys on the residential side and the rewards of guiding a complex CRE transaction to the finish line.
“I love seeing the excitement of a new home purchase because it represents new beginnings. I also love meeting new and interesting people and love the relationships I have built,” she says. “On the commercial side, I love it when I have worked through a complicated transaction. Knowing I was able to figure it out gives me a sense of pride and accomplishment.”
For those of you who don’t know, Reana is a certified personal trainer on top of being a go-to escrow officer. She jokes that her special talent is the ability to do a multitude of physical tasks – including running, doing squats and push-ups and carrying heavy dog food bags – in heels. She also lists walking, hiking and being on the water among her hobbies. That list of Reana’s interests also includes attending concerts and spending time with her friends and family, especially her two grandsons. Furthermore, Reana is a member of the BCA Judging Committee.
Though she first compliments her daughter for being a strong, smart woman and an amazing mother, Reana gets into the Olympic spirit when asked who she admires most, picking the GOAT – Simone Biles.
“Not only is she an impeccable athlete, she’s also very real,” Reana says about Biles. “The courage to put her mental and physical health before the expectations of a nation in her last Olympics was admirable. To see her come back to center stage and still be the force she is was very impressive. “
