Today, the Alliance Title Spotlight travels to Soda Springs, ID, where our branch office is known for having two hardworking Kims: Escrow Officer Kim Lindstrom and Escrow Assistant Kim Black. Besides sharing a first name, these women are experienced professionals who take pride in serving their neighbors, friends and customers in Caribou County with care. 

“We are genuine and friendly, and we love getting to know our clients on a more personal level,” Lindstrom said. Their personal touches help the Soda Springs team stand out from the competition. 

Together, they bring a strong mix of title, escrow and real estate experience to the office every day. Black has nearly nine years of experience, while Lindstrom has almost eight years in title and 14 years of related experience, thanks to her time as a real estate agent. 

Outside the office, both members of our terrific duo enjoy making the most of everything the area has to offer. Black loves biking, hiking, hunting, fishing, camping and just about anything outdoors. Lindstrom also enjoys time spent outside camping and four-wheeling. In addition, Lindstrom also loves playing the organ and piano, reading and cross-stitching. 

Our Soda Springs Team is also proud to support the community beyond the closing table. Frequently supported causes and events include the Caribou County Fair, a local Distinguished Young Women’s program, the Pizza Run Car Show and helping improve city parks & walking trails. 

This branch truly loves its repeat customers and the opportunity to build lifelong relationships with them. Lindstrom says she especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers, while Black loves being the friendly face customers know whenever they start a new transaction. They are also excited about a new opportunity to work with a developer on a new subdivision in the area.
