Alliance Title Branch Spotlight – Emmett, ID
It’s time to shine the Alliance Title spotlight on our branch in Emmett, ID! Here you’ll find a close-knit team that’s committed to delivering expert and personalized service for anyone who comes through the doors.
“We know every transaction is unique, so we take the time to understand the needs of our clients and partners,” said Alliance Title Branch Manager Star Nieves. “Our team is highly trained, detail-oriented and proactive. We catch potential issues before they become problems. Beyond just processing paperwork, we focus on creating a smooth, stress-free experience with clear communication, fast turnaround times and a genuine care for the people behind the transaction.”
Also on our Emmett branch team are Escrow Officers Tara Lehman and Kelley Griggs, and Escrow Assistant Krystal Moffat. When it comes to hobbies and interests outside of the office, the branch is proud of its community involvement in this wonderful Gem County town. It’s also famous for its annual Cherry Festival, held each June. In addition to cherry orchards, this part of the Treasure Valley is known for its peach and apple trees, too.
“We, as a team, are very involved in VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals),” Nieves said. “It’s a non-profit organization in the Treasure Valley. It is dedicated to helping active-duty military veteran communities achieve sustainable homeownership.”
When they’re not assisting clients, both Lehman and Griggs have children and are definitely sports moms, and Moffat has an especially unique hobby. “Krystal is a skilled taxidermist in her free time,” according to Nieves. “We love that our team brings just as much passion to life outside of work as they do to helping our clients every day!”
Nieves and the rest of the team remain grateful for all of the branch’s loyal customers and partners. To this group, it’s always a privilege to be part of the journey home, no matter who they’re working with to get to that Closing Day celebration.
