Let’s talk about another one of our great Alliance Title team members! Today, the spotlight once again finds Cheree Bartram. Cheree is a trusted Escrow Officer in our Nampa, ID branch and has been with us for 14 years. 

In total, Cheree has nearly three decades of experience in the real estate industry, but she still finds joy in helping her customers every day. To her, working with first-time homebuyers has always been especially rewarding. “I love helping people achieve the dream of homeownership,” Cheree says. 

Another one of her loves is baking. She often brings sweet treats to celebrate a colleague’s birthday or other milestone and shares them with the office. Other hobbies include gardening and a variety of outdoor activities.

Cheree values her co-workers, partners and customers – and says some of her strongest friendships have been made through her job. She loves the collaborative nature of real estate because it’s a group of people working together to achieve the same goals: getting the transaction to the finish line and keeping clients happy. “I feel when you work together, you can accomplish much greater things as a team with your lenders, agents and co-workers,” she says.
