A big round of applause for our newest employee spotlight – Lori Gedrose!

Lori Gedrose is our Administrative Assistant for Alliance Title’s Sandpoint, Idaho office. Lori enjoys working alongside her team, as well as visiting with clients and seeing their transactions from start to finish. Lori explains, “Visiting with clients to make them feel welcomed is probably my favorite part of my job. It is wonderful to see people start something new, whether it is selling or buying a new home. Everyone has a story with a new chapter.”

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Lori’s favorite. Lori starts, “My favorite value is Teamwork. I’m proud to belong to this wonderful Sandpoint team. If anyone has a question or needs help, everyone is always willing to go the extra mile. If there are questions or concerns about a transaction, they thoroughly explain – and they never make you feel crazy for asking. I have worked with other Alliance offices, and I feel that they respect and work with everyone in the corporation the same way.”

When she’s not working hard in the office, Lori loves to spend time with family – whether that’s through family dinners, or fun board game nights. Lori illustrates, “Family is a huge part of my life. I have a wonderful husband, Jeremy, and three amazing daughters, Alex, 30, Chloe, 27, and Cecelia, almost 19. Now that we’ve become empty nesters, I will take as many family dinners or game nights as possible!”

Lori also loves to relax by starting on new craft projects, like painting, refinishing items, or completing floral arrangements.

Lori’s favorite quote, “And so the adventure begins,” is something she tries to embrace. Lori explains, “I would like to live my life more as an adventure – there will be ups and downs; excitement and fright; knowledge and confusion; attempts and fails. Looking forward to adventure means that nothing will stand in my way!”
