Karen Knapp is our newest employee spotlight!

Karen is a Title Officer at our Twin Falls, Idaho office after originally starting with Alliance as a Policy Typist. When she began training to become a Title Officer, Karen fell in love with the searching portion of the job – which continues to be her favorite part of her day!

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Integrity” is Karen’s top pick. She explains, “I feel that without this within the company, a company would fail and the other core values of Alliance would not be possible.”

When outside the office, Karen loves to plan upcoming travels and spend time with her family and friends. Karen shares, “I love seeing new things. My favorite place to visit is the ocean.”

When asked whom she admires most, Karen can’t help but think of her father. She believed that “he was the most encouraging and kind mind that you could ever imagine.”

Karen’s favorite quote comes from Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” She explains, “Life is a journey with lots of challenges along the way. This always reminds me that I am not alone through these challenges and that with God you can get through anything.”
