The next Alliance Title spotlight focuses on Kelli Sparling! Kelli is an experienced Escrow Officer at the Sandpoint, ID, branch. She has been with Alliance Title for eight years and has more than three decades of experience in real estate.

Kelli loves the relationship aspect of real estate and takes pride in getting a file to the finish line. “Every transaction is the same, yet different. It is great to work through both and close with all parties satisfied,” she says. “I truly enjoy personal interaction with clients, buyers, sellers, lenders and agents.”

If you’ve met Kelli, you probably know she loves her family, which includes her husband, Jerry, three adult children and five grandchildren, all under the age of 10. She and Jerry also have two dogs who are both deaf – a brother-and-sister Auggie duo named Ace and Grace. For those unfamiliar, an Auggie is a cross between an Australian Shepherd and a Corgi.  

Kelli identifies one of her favorite hobbies as riding a Harley-Davidson Trike with Jerry. It’s a great way to “enjoy the beauty that surrounds us,” she says, and yes, sometimes the dogs go, too.  

When asked who she admires most, Kelli doesn’t identify a specific person. Instead, she has a list of traits that are worthy of praise. “I admire many (who are) honest, humble, respectful, kind and loving people,” she says.
