Alliance Title Branch Spotlight – Idaho Falls
The next Alliance Title branch spotlight shines on the wonderful Snake River community of Idaho Falls, ID. Here in Eastern Idaho, you’ll find a shining example of one of our branches taking the lead in educating its customers, partners and other community members about issues that should be important to them. How did our team members achieve this objective recently? By hosting a forum on water rights with Idaho’s Lt. Governor, to get more clarity on this important topic in local real estate.
“The event gave community members and industry professionals the opportunity to hear directly from an expert, ask questions and walk away with valuable knowledge, said Cathie Pascavage, the Idaho Falls Branch Manager. “It was a great example of how Alliance Title goes beyond transactions to provide resources and education that strengthen our community.”
It’s that initiative and care for the community that makes this Alliance Title branch stand out. Team members are active in local chamber of commerce events and real estate groups, collectively making sure to cheer on their fellow real estate professionals and small businesses. Specifically, the branch’s Business Development Representative, Larissa Hale, serves as the treasurer of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and we’re also involved in the Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association and its wonderful Parade of Homes event.
When it’s time to get a transaction to the finish line, it’s all-hands-on-deck to get the job done, Pascavage said. “Everyone rolls up their sleeves and contributes with a ‘can-do’ attitude that’s second to none. We work seamlessly under pressure, support one another without hesitation and bring a contagious energy to every project,” she said. “We take our work seriously, but we also know how to have fun. “That balance of teamwork and mutual respect is what makes working in the Idaho Falls branch such a treat.”
As far as interests outside the office, all of our professionals here love the outdoors, making Idaho Falls the perfect place for them. The local area provides ample camping, hiking, boating and fishing opportunities. Spending time with kids or pets, and playing a game of cornhole, are also shared hobbies. Specifically, Hale loves to play and coach volleyball, while Pascavage keeps identifying herself as a “frustrated farmer” with dreams of driving a harvester one season. The rest of her colleagues joke that they fully expect her to conduct a closing from a tractor in the near future.
The branch atmosphere has been described as a professional version of “Cheers,” the classic TV show bar where everyone knows your name. Pascavage, Hale and the rest of the team hope our Alliance Title customers always feel like the most important person in town when they walk through the doors of the branch.
“What we love most about our customers is how genuine they are. Through working with them, they quickly become more than just customers; they become friends,” Hale said. “Each person comes from a unique background and walk of life, and we’re fortunate to learn their stories, support their goals and help them grow their businesses.”
