It’s time to travel to Idaho’s gorgeous Lemhi Valley for the next Alliance Title branch spotlight. That’s where you’ll find our hardworking and close-knit Salmon, ID team led by Branch Manager Alison Banta.
For Banta and the rest of the professionals here, the goal is to always provide “personalized” service to their clients and partners. However, the group knows that the very definition of that word differs for each customer, so adaptability is key. Whether it’s helping someone close a time-sensitive deal or offering a friendly ear and a warm smile, the Salmon team is ready to meet people where they are.
“Some clients don’t want to chit chat and solely want timely and accurate service. They can count on us to strive to close their transaction as swiftly as possible – their rush is our rush!” Banta said. “Some clients need to sit with someone and reminisce about their property and want someone who approaches their transaction with empathy, a good listening ear, a smile, and, oftentimes, a hug!”
The Salmon team is proud to support a variety of local initiatives. They recently participated in the community’s Easter Egg Hunt, a much-anticipated area tradition. The Alliance Title team contributed prizes and riddles to help create a month-long celebration full of excitement and fun, and is looking forward to another community event this month called the “After School Promise,” which the branch has adopted as one of its fundraisers.
When these professionals aren’t helping customers in the office or building connections within the community, you may find them engaged in one of their various hobbies and interests. Banta is from a wrestling family and has traveled all over the region – and country – watching her sons compete through the years. She’s also in love with her young grandchildren, calling them “the four most beautiful little girls ever born.”
Escrow Officer Nicole Perry loves exploring the outdoors, so she’s picked the perfect place to work and live. “Whether it’s hiking, floating the river, fishing, hunting, looking for horns, finding cool rocks or traveling to explore awesome national parks – I love it all,” she said. “I also love fast cars and tough trucks.” Escrow Assistant Rachel Bender is an artist at heart and loves everything from museum galleries and exhibitions to town craft fairs.
What else does our branch want you to know about Salmon? It’s a wonderful place with a mixture of longtime residents and families, as well as transplants from all over the country who are attracted to the “laid-back, outdoor kind of life” the area provides and a large Amish population. The Salmon team wants to help them all.
In addition, because of our team’s dedication here, our customers and friends rely on Banta and the rest of the branch for more than just title services, and that’s perfectly OK with her.
