Alliance Title Spotlight – Alayne Outlaw

We’re excited to introduce you to Alayne Outlaw, an Escrow Assistant in our Rexburg, ID branch, for the next Alliance Title spotlight. Although Alayne is fairly new to our team – she’s been with us for about a year and a half – she has more than 40 years of experience in real estate!

It’s a job she truly enjoys. “I love everything real estate! I like problem-solving, talking to customers and seeing happy faces when they close on a home!” Alayne says. What are some of her favorite parts? Negotiating and calming stressful situations.

Some of Alayne’s other talents and interests include doing voice-overs, biking, watercolor painting and other crafts and reading to her grandchildren. In fact, Alayne even writes children’s books!

Speaking of family, Alayne points to her mother when asked who she admires most. “This woman raised a total of five daughters while still being a hard-working professional,” Alayne says.

“She had a certain poise and elegance at all times. She endured a hard life but always managed to be calm and kind and thoughtful of others,” according to Alayne. “She never spoke an unkind word about anyone or anything (and) … was an excellent example.”

Now that you’ve gotten to know Alayne a bit more, give her a shout-out on the Alliance Title & Escrow – East Idaho Facebook Page. She and the rest of the Rexburg branch would love to work on your next transaction in Madison and Fremont counties.
