Today’s Alliance Title spotlight focuses on Jade Harding. Jade is an Escrow & Administrative Assistant in our Blackfoot, ID branch and has been with our team for two and a half years. The highlights of her day are interacting with customers – whether it’s her fellow real estate professionals who come in the office regularly or the buyers/sellers themselves.

“Getting to know the REALTORS® and having them feel like friends when they walk in the door is a great feeling,” Jade says. “And, if a customer can leave feeling like they can reach out to us for any title or escrow anything, then that makes it all worth it.”

Outside of work, Jade is involved in the East Alliance Culture Committee. She enjoys going on weekend adventures with her family. What are some of their favorite spots? Local ghost towns, the Shoshone Mammoth Caves and the City of Rocks. Jade also loves going to the gym and doing anything creative, especially writing, and she is currently in a fine line tattoo course.

When asked who she admires most, Jade first mentions actress Sandra Bullock because “we need more crown straighteners in the world” before saying her husband deserves the title for people she knows. Jade calls him “the best human I know.”

“He has always been 100% his own person and has never changed who he is to please the people around him,” Jade adds. “He’s giving, selfless, sacrificing and – even when exhausted – he still manages to have enough spare energy to play with our kids. He’s the best.”
