The next Alliance Title spotlight features our small but mighty and experienced team in our Rigby, ID branch. This wonderful Jefferson County town prides itself on being a friendly, historic place that’s also the birthplace of television, and our team loves being a part of it all.
“We’re valued for our longevity in the community and experience. We have long been known as the trusted adviser,” said Area Manager / VP Jennifer Landon. Collectively, our local employees here have more than six decades of expertise in the title and escrow world.

This seasoned team works hard to maintain its reputation for being up to the challenge of any complicated—or simple—transaction. In fact, employees love that they are considered “the good ol’ reliable when it comes to our customers needing something difficult.”
Why is this so important? It goes back to the sense of building a stronger community, Landon says.
“We love working with our customers because they are our friends and neighbors,” she said. “Being a small community, we get the pleasure of knowing more about our customers and their needs than a typical transaction.”
In addition to their title and closing expertise, our Rigby associates help the community in other ways. Such involvement is another common thread for many living in this beautiful area – which is just a short distance from both Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. One proud accomplishment done as a branch is collecting items as part of our company-wide Closing the Hunger Gap effort that went to local senior citizens.
