Community Spotlight – Meridian

Today’s Alliance Title branch spotlight focuses on our hardworking group in one of Idaho’s fastest-growing cities. Meridian, ID is a wonderful, bustling suburb of Boise, and our local team loves having a role when it comes to building this great community.

Meridian has been recognized as a great place to live and work by multiple national publications in recent years. Long before Meridian, which was officially incorporated in 1903, was one of the state’s most popular suburbs, known as the Dairy Capital of Idaho. In fact, the city hosts an annual Meridian Dairy Days festival in June to keep the Dairy Capital spirit alive.

How does this branch achieve its goals and keep delivering for their customers each day? It’s their commitment to teamwork, according to Karena Boesel, Business Development Representative. “When someone needs help, we all step up. It’s important to all of us that the customer is always taken care of,” she says. “That teamwork mentality goes through to our title department and plant where our team functions at the speed of light without compromising accuracy.” With over 70 years of combined experience, this group is a team in every sense of the word.

Our Meridian branch applies its spirit of teamwork in the community outside of the office, too. The organizations and causes helped by our associates most often include the Idaho Food Bank, the American Red Cross, Bogus Basin, and the Idaho Botanical Gardens. This team also loves getting involved with the Urban Land Institute, the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Boise Regional REALTORS® and the Boise Valley Economic Partnership.

The Meridian team always finds time to enjoy everything Meridian and the surrounding area have to offer. “With the great outdoors in our backyard, we all like to spend time enjoying Idaho,” Boesel said. They love fishing, camping, hiking, and biking – Karena says when they are not in the office they are probably outside. “Some of our more adventurous hobbies include deep-sea fishing, weightlifting, world traveling, piloting an aircraft, skiing, painting, cliff jumping, white-water rafting and salsa making.”

Karena thanks the branch’s loyal customers and partners for being part of its success every day. “Our clients mirror our energy, care, compassion, and attention to detail. Because of this, we love working together to deliver an incredible experience to the customer buying, selling, or refinancing!” she said.
