Associate Spotlight – Erica Lawrence

Today, our latest spotlight shines on Erica Lawrence, an Escrow Assistant at our CW Moore branch of Alliance Title in Boise, ID. She has been with us for eight years and in the real estate and title industry for sixteen years. Erica likes having the opportunity to build relationships with people who she not only gets to help but in turn have also helped her grow as a person. She notes that she’s learned so much during her time with Alliance Title and that she loves having the ability to give that knowledge back to her clients and peers.

When she’s not working, Erica is an avid traveler, seeking out her thrills in theme parks and ocean excursions while exploring all of the beauty that nature provides. When she’s not out in nature, Erica also enjoys attending all kinds of concerts and comedy shows.

A creative soul, she indulges in drawing and watercolor painting in her free time and enjoys a bit of gaming—impressively, she always wins at the classic Mario Kart! Growing up in her family’s Italian restaurant, Erica can whip up a tantalizing array of delectable Italian cuisine for any occasion.

When asked about who she admires most, Erica speaks fondly of her Nonna (grandmother). “I admire my Nonna for being an example of what it looks like to show people compassion and kindness. She showed me that those who you love like family don’t always have to be defined by blood,” she shares. She also deeply admires her mother. Despite her mother’s health challenges, she persisted through life and serves as Erica’s ultimate inspiration of what strength looks like when you push past your struggles while embracing your obstacles. On top of this, she states that her mother is the reason for her deep passion for animals today.

Now that you’ve gotten to know Erica Lawrence better, don’t forget to shoutout the CW Moore branch by liking them on Facebook and saying hi! They’re always ready to assist with your next transaction and be your partner for all your title and escrow needs.
