It’s time to focus the Alliance Title spotlight on another team member. This time, we’re highlighting what makes Jamie Springer in our Mountain Home, ID branch stand out. Jamie is an Escrow Officer who has been with us for 13 years. 

For Jamie, who has been involved in real estate for more than two decades in total, each day is an opportunity to learn because every transaction is different. This is certainly one of the perks of a job she enjoys so much. “I love every aspect of my job,” Jamie says. “I enjoy having the opportunity to be a part of people’s home dreams.”  

Outside the office, Jamie takes time to be involved in the surrounding community through various causes, especially those related to the military and veterans. In fact, she’s a board member for the Military Affairs Committee in the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce.

Jamie is also a big football fan – the Boise State Broncos and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to be exact – and an avid traveler. In fact, one of her favorite memories is traveling to Arizona for a Bucs’ Christmas Day victory against the Cardinals. Jamie and her family also enjoy attending Boise Steelheads hockey games in addition to contests on the gridiron. 

When asked who she admires most, Jamie mentions her late mother. She endured cancer and losing the family home in a house fire simultaneously with grace that impresses her daughter to this day. “I don’t know that I would have been as strong as her,” Jamie says. “She got to build her dream house to leave for my dad and us kids.”
