Branch Spotlight – Blackfoot

Our next Alliance Title branch spotlight shines on the energetic and dedicated team in the lovely town of
Blackfoot, ID. The folks in this branch carry a shared pride in ensuring each real estate transaction is as
smooth and enjoyable as possible.

With 87 years of combined industry experience, the team is committed to delivering services with
accuracy and efficiency, but the group makes sure to have fun along the way too. Just listen to Escrow
Officer, Jade Harding, talk about why she loves working with those in her beautiful community each
day.

“It’s all about communication and being personable. We believe in having an open line of
communication, not only among our team but with our customers too,” Harding said. “It’s created a real
camaraderie where everyone is ready to step in and help get the job done.”

Here’s what you should know about the other hardworking professionals in the Blackfoot branch. Fellow
Escrow Officer, Tailor Rivas, is the office’s resident ‘Plant Mom’ and a connoisseur of overnight oats. She
blends her love for greenery with an unanticipated passion for all things Paw Patrol – one of the joys of
having a four-year-old.

Joy Denning, a Title Officer, shares Rivas’ green thumb and has a passion for travel – especially out of
the country. While she loves her job, Denning knows retirement is on the horizon and is already excited
for her future adventures.

Our Branch Manager, Kassandra Short, is always on the go – both in and outside of the office. When
she’s not busy helping clients, she’s embracing Idaho’s scenery or lending a hand on her family’s farm.
Liz Piva, another Escrow Officer, provides the entrepreneurial spirit for the office and even once owned
her own flower shop. These days, you’ll find her doting on her grandchildren or focusing on new home
projects.

And Jade Harding herself is a trained esthetician with a love for travel, though having two children under
four has changed some priorities, she admits.

“Between my 3-year-old and a 7-month-old, hobbies are on the back burner,” Harding jokes. We’re
unsure if she has a strong opinion on the Paw Patrol, so that may be a good question for her the next
time you’re around the closing table.

Even with so much happening around them, this dynamic group doesn’t limit themselves to work, family
and hobbies. Team members are ingrained into the community’s fabric. From participating in the annual
Celebrate Blackfoot Event to supporting the Blackfoot Police Department Trunk or Treat event and their involvement in the Toys for Tots drive, the Blackfoot branch is a true community staple. Our
professionals are also active members of the Blackfoot Chamber of Commerce and the Greater
Blackfoot Association of Realtors. All of this effort is more than worth it and is a tangible way to thank
the community.

“What don’t we love about our customers?” Harding asked. “We love earning their trust, which means
so much in our industry. Blackfoot is a small town, so many of our customers are our friends and
neighbors, and we treat them that way.”

Now that you have learned more about our Blackfoot, ID branch and all that the team has to offer,
shout them out on the Alliance Title Blackfoot Facebook page. The team looks forward to helping you,
so be sure to write them in on your next transaction.
