We have a new associate spotlight! It’s time to highlight the skills and efforts of Laurie Cromwell in our Idaho Falls, ID office.

Laurie has been part of the Alliance Title & Escrow family since 1990 and is currently a Senior Servicing/Commercial Title Officer for East Servicing Production. She has always loved the problem-solving aspect of working in our industry.

To her, each file is like “putting together a puzzle” for her buyers and sellers, and she takes pride in providing the best service she can day in and day out. She also relishes being able to pass on her knowledge and work ethic to colleagues when it comes to training.

“I love my job,” Laurie said. “In this industry, we have challenges daily, but providing the best service I can to both external customers and internal customers is what I can control myself.”

Outside of the office, you can find Laurie spending time and traveling with her family, sewing, or doing a variety of other crafts. Laurie credits both her grandmothers for showing her the value of hard work and the importance of working together – no matter the task.

“These women were such great examples of living through great adversities, raising strong families, sewing, taking care of others, and showing compassion and love for everyone,” Laurie said, “and they both passed those strengths on to me.”

Laurie is an exceptional leader who looks forward to sharing her expertise with her teammates, partners, and customers. In fact, she is often reminded of this quote from Mother Teresa: “Together, we can do great things.”

“When one person does something, it can be good, but when we do it with each other, it can be great,” Laurie said. “One person cannot do as much as a group.”

Now that you’ve gotten to know Laurie a little more, give a shout out to Alliance Title’s Idaho Falls branch on Facebook and write them in on your next transaction! Laurie and the team look forward to helping make your home closing a simple and smooth experience.
