Let’s hear it for our newest associate spotlight, Kylie Hadfield! 

Kylie is an Escrow Assistant at Alliance Title’s Driggs, ID branch. She has been with the company since October 2021. Some of Kylie’s responsibilities include obtaining customer information, funding files, and clearing up any issues so that transactions can close smoothly. She enjoys solving problems for customers especially when it feels like there may be no solution. Kylie explains, “Having issues when it comes to buying and selling property can be really stressful for people, and I am glad that I can bring them the peace of mind that we will get everything taken care of for them in the end.”

An important core value to Kylie is teamwork. She loves that no matter where you worked before Alliance Title, or how long you have been in the industry, everyone can bring something to the table to get the job done. 

When asked who she admires most, Kylie’s parents immediately come to mind. She says, “They would do anything for anybody and have always worked so hard.”

Outside of work, Kylie enjoys being outside doing activities like fishing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and hunting. She also loves arts and crafts projects and spending time with her husband and their 4-month-old son!

Kylie’s favorite quote comes from Dr. Seuss, specifically the Lorax! “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better.
