Let’s give a shout out to our newest employee spotlight, Rebecca Bradley!

Rebecca is an Escrow Officer at Alliance Title’s Bonners Ferry, ID branch. She was an Escrow Officer at Boundary Abstract Company for two years and has now been with Alliance Title for one year. Rebecca handles all of the closings and fundings for the branch. “I work closely with lenders, agents and clients. I am in charge of disbursing the funds, preparing all of the documents, and I do all of the signings for our office.”

Teamwork is a core value of Rebecca’s. She explains, “I am only a good escrow officer because my team helps set me up for success; without teamwork, nothing gets accomplished.”

Rebecca loves creating connections with her clients. She says, “Each one I have had the pleasure of meeting has a story to tell, a lifetime of memories which ultimately led them to make the decision to buy/sell which landed them in my signing room. I LOVE that when I see clients out in public they go out of their way to say ‘hi’, or thank me for my help, simply because I took the time to get to know them personally. This also helps me understand how to navigate my job as their escrow officer.” Rebecca was born and raised in Bonners Ferry, which makes the connections she creates even more special to her. 

When asked who she admires most, Rebecca says her husband Zack. She says she has never met someone who works as hard as he does. Rebecca met Zack as a single mom of a three year old girl, who was just trying to get by. She adds, “He chose to be the daddy who my daughter needed/deserved when he did not have to be. I will always admire him for stepping up for a little girl who someone else walked out on. He has been through more than most people I know, and has become an amazing man, despite all of the obstacles that stood in his way.”

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also loves cooking with her husband, who she adds is the better cook, and anytime there’s a scary movie involved, you can count her in for that too!

Rebecca’s favorite saying is “This Too Shall Pass.” She explains that it’s a constant reminder to her that difficult times cannot last forever. Rebecca continues, “Anytime I was feeling down, stressed, or overwhelmed, my mom would remind me of those four little words. I have used these words as encouragement for my girls, in my daily work, and in my personal life.”
