Branch Spotlight – Mountain Home

Home to the largest military base in Idaho is our newest branch spotlight, Mountain Home!

With a population of 14,308 (as of 2020), Mountain Home is the largest city and county seat of Elmore County. The town has so much to offer, from scenic parks and playgrounds, to CJ Strike Reservoir, and the Bruneau Sand Dunes just a short drive away. Mountain Home was originally a stagecoach stop called Rattlesnake, but eventually became a town in 1883 after a post office was added to the area. The completion of the Oregon Short Line Railroad followed shortly thereafter.

The Mountain Home Air Force base has a rich history dating back to the United States’ entry into World War II. Today the base is still an active center for air force tactical training. Alliance Title’s very own Cassidy Quehl served in the military for 5 years and ended her time serving at the Mountain Home Air Force base. Thank you for your service Cassidy!

You’ll find our Alliance Title and Escrow branch just outside of downtown Mountain Home. This team brings a combined 75 years of experience to the table to help you accomplish your goals. They believe producing exceptional work in every department and displaying professionalism at all times sets them apart from the competition.

The Alliance Title team in Mountain Home always enjoys getting involved and giving back to their community. Their Escrow Officers represent Alliance Title as members of The Chamber of Commerce, Military Affairs Community, and Rotary Club. The branch also makes annual donations to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Elmore County Fair. Ben Thomas says, “Our Closing the Hunger Gap food drive has become an integral part of our community.” Last year they came together to provide 3,800 pounds of food and nearly $2,000 to one of the local food banks.

Outside of the office, Becky Hughes, Escrow Officer, loves gardening. Denise Snow, Escrow Assistant, enjoys hiking and camping when the weather is nice. Escrow Officer, Jamie Springer enjoys watching Boise State University sports and kayaking. Tiffany Lerch, Title Assistant, is a talented seamstress and Tori Graham, Administrative Assistant, is fascinated with aviation.

This team loves the opportunity to develop and maintain deep and meaningful relationships with their clients due to a small, tight-knit community.
