Employee Spotlight – Jamie Springer
We have a new employee spotlight in the house! Let’s give a round of applause for Jamie Springer!
Jamie is our Escrow Officer for Alliance’s Mountain Home, Idaho branch. Jamie helps buyers and seller’s dreams come true; she works closely with all parties of the transaction to help secure and close the deal. Jamie loves seeing the joy in first-time homebuyers and the seller’s joy in moving on to more exciting adventures.
With 11 years at Alliance Title and 18+ years of experience in the industry – Jamie is your go-to title & escrow professional!
Of the Alliance Core Values, Jamie can’t help but pick two favorites. She explains, “I actually have two: Teamwork, and Trust & Respect. There is no “I” in teamwork – not one person can do this job alone. It takes a great team. And earning and maintaining trust and respect from our customers, clients, and my teammates is very important to me.”
When asked whom she admires, Jamie thinks of her mom. She continues, “Watching my mom go through her chemo treatments and our childhood home burning down during that very same time – I don’t know that I would have been as strong as her. She got to build her dream house to leave for my dad and us kids.”
Outside of the office, Jamie loves to spend time with her daughters. They’re all big football and basketball fans – they regularly attend BSU games, as well as Boise Steelheads Hockey games. Jamie is also actively involved in the local community; she is a board member for the Military Affairs in Mountain Home.
Jamie was also able to take her sabbatical with Alliance Title this year! She explains, “I was blessed enough to take my long vacation this past year. My girls and I took our first family vacation and spent 10 days in Texas.”
Jamie’s favorite quote, “Smile – it’s a glorious day!” is something she tries to live by!
