Let’s give a round for our newest employee spotlight, Caitlynn England!

Caitlynn is our Escrow Assistant for Alliance’s Rexburg, Idaho branch. She helps clear files for closings and assists customers with questions or any concerns. Caitlynn loves the complexity of titles – she explains, “Clearing a title can sometimes be a puzzle, and I enjoy researching to find answers to make that puzzle fit!”

Out of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Caitlynn’s pick. She continues, “Working together makes everything so much easier while also helping to provide a better experience for customers.” Caitlynn feels a great sense of comradery with her team! Specifically, she admires her coworker and Escrow Officer, Laurie Searle – “I admire the entire team for their caring and helpful personalities. Laurie Searle is such a great example of hard work, kindness, patience, and strength, all while having such a positive attitude towards work and life.”

Outside of the office, Caitlynn likes to spend her free time with her fiancé. Together, they enjoy traveling and adventuring outdoors. When they aren’t exploring, Caitlynn loves to craft and relax under cozy blankets with a good movie.

Caitlynn’s favorite quote, “Some believe it is only great power that can hold evil in check, but that is not what I have found. It is the small everyday deeds of ordinary folk that keep the darkness at bay. Small acts of kindness and love,” comes from The Lord of the Rings. She explains, “It reminds me that each and every person can help make a difference through our everyday actions.”
