We’re excited to announce that our newest Alliance employee spotlight goes to none other than Stacy Woods! Stacy is a Business Development Representative in our Nampa, Idaho branch. Stacy is a 10 year veteran with us and she thrives on meeting new people and watching our company grow!

Stacy is responsible for growing market share and developing client relationships.

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Stacy’s go to. She explains, “I would choose teamwork as my favorite, because without my team there would be no success.”

Outside the office, Stacy enjoys spending time with her family, as well as spending time riding and showing her horse. She’s always down for anything outside!

When it comes to admiration, she looks to her mother. Stacy illustrates, “My mom taught me that hard work and honesty pays off.”

Stacy’s favorite quote, “Opportunities don’t happen. You have to create them,” is something she tries to live by. Stacy chooses this as her mantra, because it shows that hard work can create opportunities – something her mom has also shown her.
